Eligible candidates 07 October 2026 se 04 November 2026 tak official website par online application submit kar sakte hain. District Courts of Punjab mein Clerk posts ke liye category-wise vacancies notice mein di gayi hain. Vacancies as on 31 August 2026 ke saath 28 February 2027 tak anticipated posts bhi mention ki gayi hain. Official notice ke according vacancy ki sankhya merit list aur posting ke time increase ya decrease ho sakti hai.

• BC/OBC Punjab: 5 years relaxation
• PwBD Punjab: 10 years relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen Punjab: Military service rendered + 3 years
• In-Service Employees: Maximum 45 years, as per applicable rules

Salary

District Courts of Punjab mein Clerk post ke liye fresh recruitment/appointment par ₹29,200/- Level-5 pay scale applicable hai. Notice mein isi pay scale ko specify kiya gaya hai.

Selection Process

Selection process mein pehle Online Written Examination/Computer Based Test (CBT) hoga. Written exam total 100 marks ka hoga.

General Knowledge: 50 objective questions, 50 marks.

English Composition: Total 50 marks, jisme 20 objective questions ke 20 marks aur subjective section mein:

• Essay (150 words): 10 marks
• Letter: 5 marks
• Precis: 5 marks
• Punjabi to English Translation: 10 marks

MCQ section mein har wrong answer par 1/4 mark negative marking hogi. Har subject mein minimum 33% aur written examination mein overall minimum 40% marks required hain.

Written exam qualify karne wale candidates ko category-wise decided number ke according Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) ke liye bulaya jayega. CPT qualifying nature ka hai aur final merit mein iske marks count nahi honge. Spreadsheet Test 10 marks ka hoga, jisme minimum 4 marks required hain. Iske baad English Computer Typing Test mein 30 W.P.M. speed qualify karni hogi.

Final select list written CBT ke merit marks ke basis par prepare ki jayegi.
